This club was founded in 1991 to promote and develop the sport of Hammer Throwing in the region. Since that time we have established ourselves as one of the centres of excellence for Hammer Throwing in the UK. A big hello to all our friends in the West London Hammer School, Manchester Hammer Club (formerly the NWHS), Eastern Region Hammer School, Hammer 2000 and all other Hammer Coaches, Athletes and supporters wherever you are. | ||||||||||||||||
